1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thearmorofgodseries.co (the "Website") and your purchase of products offered through the Website.

The Website and the products offered through it are owned and operated by The Armor of God Series ("The Armor of God Series," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business at:

By accessing the Website, placing an order, or purchasing products through the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order.

2. Products and Product Information
We endeavor to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, dimensions, colors, and other information concerning our products.

However, product photographs and colors may appear differently depending on your device, monitor, browser, or other display settings. Minor variations in appearance, dimensions, packaging, or other characteristics do not necessarily constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, description, availability, or other errors and to update product information at any time.

3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order through the Website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the products identified in your order.

An order confirmation or electronic acknowledgment does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of the order. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order when permitted by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled merchandise.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders when reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, product availability issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances permitted by law.

4. Pricing and Taxes
Prices displayed on the Website are subject to change.

Applicable sales and other legally required taxes may be calculated and added at checkout.

The final amount charged to you will be the amount displayed at checkout, subject to correction of an obvious error or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

5. Payment
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method presented during checkout.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

We may use third-party payment processors, as permitted, to process transactions. We do not intend to receive or store your complete payment-card credentials except as may be necessary through our payment-processing systems.

6. Shipping and Delivery
Our current estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days.

Unless a different period is expressly stated for a particular product or order, we will use reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated estimated shipping period.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, supply interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

The federal Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires an Internet seller to have a reasonable basis for a stated shipping representation. If a seller cannot ship within the promised period, the seller must provide the consumer with the legally required option to consent to a delay or cancel the order and receive a prompt refund. Accordingly, if we learn that we cannot ship your order within the applicable promised period, we will provide the notices and options required by applicable law. 

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under applicable federal or Florida law concerning delayed or undelivered merchandise.

7. Delayed Orders
If we become unable to ship merchandise within the applicable shipping period, we will notify the affected customer within the period required by applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, the notice will provide a revised shipping date or explain that we are unable to provide a definite revised shipping date, and will inform the customer of the right to cancel the order and receive a prompt refund.

Where applicable law requires the customer's consent to a shipping delay, we will obtain that consent before continuing to hold the order.

These provisions are intended to comply with the federal Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 435. 

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our return, refund, and exchange practices, if applicable to a particular product, will be stated on the applicable product page, at checkout, or in a separate return/refund policy made available to customers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict a refund, cancellation, warranty, or other consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

If The Armor of God Series maintains a no-refund, no-exchange, or otherwise limited refund policy, that policy will be disclosed to customers at the applicable point of sale as required by Florida law. Florida Statutes section 501.142 specifically addresses notice of a retail establishment's refund policy and provides consequences when a retail establishment offering goods to the public fails to provide the required notice. 

Nothing in this section limits rights arising from defective merchandise, applicable warranties, fraudulent or deceptive conduct, or any other rights provided by applicable law.

9. Merchandise Warranties and Legal Rights
Products sold through the Website are subject to any express warranties that we expressly provide and to any warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Under Florida's Uniform Commercial Code, a merchant that regularly deals in goods of the relevant kind generally provides an implied warranty of merchantability unless that warranty is legally excluded or modified in accordance with Florida law. Florida law also provides a warranty of title, subject to the statutory rules governing exclusion or modification. 

Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim or limit a warranty or consumer right in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

10. Website Use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

neither you, nor any third party operating on your behalf may:

        1. use the Website in violation of applicable federal, state, or local law;
        2. interfere with or attempt to compromise the Website's operation or security;
        3. introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material;
        4. attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or another user's account;
        5. use automated means to access the Website in a manner that unreasonably burdens or interferes with its operation; or
         6. engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise unlawful conduct through the Website.

11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, designs, and other materials, are owned by or used with permission by The Armor of God Series and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use Website content for your personal, noncommercial use in connection with your use of the Website and purchase of our products.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, license, or commercially exploit Website content without appropriate authorization.

12. User-Submitted Content
If you voluntarily submit comments, reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that material and that your submission does not violate the rights of another person.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant The Armor of God Series a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute content you voluntarily submit for purposes related to operating, marketing, and promoting our business.

We reserve the right to remove user-submitted content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

13. Third-Party Services
The Website may use third-party services, including payment processors, shipping providers, website-hosting services, analytics providers, or other service providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent practices of third parties except to the extent otherwise required by law.

14. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, if and when separately provided on the Website.

These Terms do not constitute a complete privacy notice.

Florida law contains separate data-security and privacy requirements that may apply depending upon the nature and size of a business and the information it collects. For example, Florida's data-breach statute imposes obligations on covered entities when certain security breaches occur. 

If The Armor of God Series becomes subject to Florida's Florida Digital Bill of Rights provisions, the applicable privacy notice and consumer-rights procedures will be maintained separately from these Terms as required by law. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights contains specific applicability provisions and, for covered controllers, requires a reasonably accessible and clear privacy notice containing specified information. 

15. Prohibited Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
You agree not to place an order using false, misleading, stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment or identifying information.

We may cancel an order and take other lawful measures when we reasonably believe that an order involves fraud, unauthorized payment information, or other unlawful conduct.

16. Internet Sales and Post-Transaction Offers
If The Armor of God Series ever presents a consumer with an offer from an unaffiliated third-party seller following an Internet transaction, any such transaction will be conducted in accordance with applicable Florida law.

Florida Statutes section 559.951 contains specific requirements for certain post transaction third-party Internet sellers, including disclosure of material terms, express informed consent, confirmation notices, cancellation mechanisms, and identification of the parties. 

The Armor of God Series will not use these Terms to circumvent any such statutory requirements.

17. Accuracy and Availability of the Website
We attempt to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, current, or free from harmful components.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Website when reasonably necessary.

18. Disclaimer of Certain Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not warrant that the Website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, right, or remedy that applicable law prohibits us from excluding, restricting, or modifying.

19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Armor of God Series will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to use of the Website or purchase or use of products, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, claims, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify The Armor of God Series for matters that applicable law prohibits us from shifting to you.

21. Governing Law
These Terms and transactions conducted through the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable federal law or another mandatory law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of a mandatory right or remedy provided by applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we may post the revised Terms on the Website and update the Effective Date above.

Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

24. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Website and purchases made through it, except to the extent that a separate written agreement consented to by us or mandatory law applies.
